Self-awareness, Self-care, Personal Empowerment Workshop

For all children, Indigo, Crystal, Star, and Universal.

Participants will learn: 

• Grounding and meditation techniques to help them focus

• Visualization to manifest their dreams through a Drum Journey

• Healing techniques and tools of their choice (drum, feathers, crystals, or hands) for balancing their own energy fields and others

• Introduction to their chakra energy centers and their colors

• Balancing the chakras with the drum for better health and well-being

• Drumming circle for healing the Universe and All that Is

• Using laughter and sound for healing and balancing stress

• Understanding that loving thoughts and intention is the key to success

• Out door activities, connecting with nature and the animals

TIME:   10:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. (Take out Lunch 12:15 - 1:00 P.M.)
          Snacks and water available all day.

COST:   Investment in Personal Growth $80.00
             

OPTION: BRING YOUR OWN DRUM OR USE A STUDIO DRUM FOR THE DAY
